Nika has graduated from the Law faculty of Saint Petersburg State University (bachelor in law). She is now obtaining her master's degree in international public law.
Nika has a work experience in arbitration and corporate practices of a large Russian consulting company in which she worked on the preparation of procedural documents for challenging the decisions of corporate meetings, elaborated the strategy of protecting minority shareholders' rights in the face of bad faith of the majority shareholder, analyzed and summarized court practice for drafting the argument before a court in the litigation dispute with the general contractor for construction agreements, as well as in the disputes in the field of environmental law, Besides, Nika participated in the complex project on conducting several interrelated transactions with an offshore company for the purposes of reaching a settlement agreement with Russian counterparty in the litigation dispute on the loan agreement. She also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2018 on behalf of Saint Petersburg State University and became the winner of the 2018 Helsinki Pre-Moot (25th Willem C. Vis Moot).
Nowadays Nika participates in implementation of projects on brand protection, provides the legal support of trademark registration (including international trademarks), and drafts various contracts on intellectual property.
